The recipient of the box was crushed, the pretzels were broken, we paid for a two day delivery from UPS for it to be delivered before Christmas and it was delivered on 12/26. This was ordered on 9 December. However, this one did not. And I paid extra.
Then I got a call. The very nice man that did customer service refunded our shipping cost. All our other orders arrived on time and in good condition. I blame UPS. How nice that the company refunded money even though it really was the shipping company who was ultimately at fault. Will definitely order from them again.

Only complaint I have is there was no indication who sent the snack crate,maybe I missed something when I ordered,but you knew. My brother in law figured it out.
While this was a gift for a friend in NC, I did not see it when it arrived, but I was told that it was wonderful and everyone enjoyed the tastes of PA!
