Shipping policy

• All orders can ship within 1-3 business days or you can choose to ship the order on a scheduled date using the calendar in your shopping cart.

• If you need delivery on a specific date, we recommend using 2 Day or UPS Next Day Air Shipping methods. Your ship date = the date your order leaves our dock.

• Please no cancellations after 1pm on your ship date. Please give 48 hours notice if the shipping week is before a holiday. Your order may already be packed and palletized ahead of time.

• We no longer ship to military or international addresses.

• Orders placed online cannot be refunded if the incorrect shipping method was chosen resulting in early or late delivery, if there were spelling or grammatical errors, or for incorrect/ incomplete shipping addresses.
