The quintessential Pennsylvania Dutch Dessert, ShooFly Pie is a happy convergence of a crumbled brown sugar topping and a gooey molasses bottom. Best served warm with whipped cream. So sweet you have to "shoo" the flies away and possibly your neighbors too! Our pies are made in Lancaster County and measure 9 " wide.
