For many of us, this dried sweet corn is a more flavorful, intensely sweet product than its frozen and canned relatives. While canned and frozen corn lose their authentic richness as a result of the preservation process, Cope's Dried Sweet Corn seems to have its corn flavor concentrated and intensified by the air-drying process. This item is a collection of 3 - 3.75 oz. packages. SERVINGS: There are about 4 servings per each 3.75 oz. package. One serving size is 1/4 cup (28g) Happy cooking!
